Call (503) 489-1998 to schedule an appointment. We work with other healthcare providers in the building (urgent care and physical therapy) and can help you schedule your appointments in one visit.
Have your insurance information handy when you call. We’ll verify your insurance coverage so you can rest easy. We accept all auto insurances, most worker’s compensation claims and many private insurances, credit cards and cash payments. Payment plans available for out-of-pocket patients.
Situations where you will (or won’t) need a referral: Auto accidents are almost always covered by auto insurance and do not require a referral. Work injuries do require a referral unless you see Dr. Heath for your first visit (making him the primary health provider for your case).
When you visit our office, bring your insurance information, state ID and any paperwork you may have on your condition or injury.
You may not need a chiropractic adjustment on your first visit. When you meet Dr. Heath, he’ll review your case to determine the right course of treatment. We specialize in patient education, taking the time to help you understand what caused your injury, its long-term affects, and what you’ll need to do to heal properly. If a chiropractic adjustment is necessary, we will be able to do it then, or after a massage appointment if deemed appropriate.
We prepare your body to get the most out of treatment, comfortably, without putting it through further trauma. Your treatment might start with massage to immediately relieve pain, followed by chiropractic adjustments when your body is more stable.
