Meet the Doctor

Dr. Benjamin Heath, DC is board certified by the Oregon Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He has advanced training in the comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of auto accident and workplace injuries. He treats the cause of your problem — not just the symptoms — with natural approaches and comprehensive knowledge of how to gently encourage your body’s healing process, and keep it on the right path.

Dr. Heath was raised in the Pacific Northwest and he and his family call Clackamas, Oregon, their home. He looks forward to helping you and your family achieve a healthy lifestyle.

Meet our Massage Therapists

Lindsay Carlson, OR LMT License # 16661, OR CA LICENSE #4813

Lindsay attended the Oregon School of Massage, focusing on auto accident recovery, hot stone therapy, and headache and pain management. Her gentle touch gives patients an effective, noninvasive route to healing, with massage sessions tailored to your specific needs. She enjoys comforting her patients, and giving them advice on their path to healing. She and her husband, and their daughter Lucie, will soon welcome a new baby boy to their family.

Cassy Kraft , OR LMT License #17792, OR CA License #4811

Cassy received her massage therapy training at the Wisconsin School of Massage Therapy. She specializes in infant massage, deep tissue massage, and trigger point/pain therapies. She is also a certified chiropractic technician. Cassy loves helping patients manage their injuries and pain so they are not completely dependent on massage or chiropractic care for relief. She’s an avid reader and loves to exercise and go for walks—and just about anything else related to fitness.

Fran Nystrum, OR LMT License #3962

Fran graduated at the top of her class at Educated Hands School of Massage in Miami, with an emphasis on deep-tissue and neuromuscular therapy. She has extensive experience working with patients who’ve been in auto accidents, and she loves facilitating people’s health and wellbeing—and ultimately their happiness. Some of her favorite things: walks on the beach, sitting next to a fire in the mountains, the great outdoors, and any and all animals.

CJ Siemers, OR LMT License #17061

CJ received her massage therapy training at Everest College in Vancouver, Wash. She specializes in deep tissue therapy, auto accident recovery, and sports injury and rehabilitation. She takes the time to get to know her patients, which can help expedite their recovery time. She says seeing the outcome of her work is her greatest payoff, from the time a patient walks in the door with pain in their eyes, to when they leave with a smile on their face and a skip in their step.

Meet our Office Staff

Holli Thompson, Office Manager/Billing Coordinator

Holli has worked for a decade and a half in all aspects of the medical and health insurance industries: doctor’s offices, insurance coding and billing/claims, union benefits administration, workers comp and medical bill review, and dispute resolution. She has benefited from chiropractic care in her own life for the last 30 years. In her spare time, Holli volunteers with the SMART program at local schools, and loves to cook and explore new foods—especially Thai.

Shaina Barella, Receptionist

Shaina has a bachelor’s degree in Spanish, and lived in Spain for five months after she graduated. She enjoys meeting patients and forming relationships with them, and celebrating their return to their active lifestyles. She loves to make people laugh, and if you want, she’ll even sing to you to cheer you up. She loves to bake and walk her dog (not at the same time, of course), and to travel.

Erandi Osorio, Receptionist

Erandi is bilingual in Spanish and English, and holds an associates degree from Warner Pacific College. She loves working in customer service. Having been in a car accident a few years ago, she especially enjoys assisting patients in returning to their regular lifestyle, including networking with insurance companies and other agencies on behalf of patients. In her spare time she makes time to connect with her family, volunteer, and enjoy music.
